Not my receipe at all but would highly reccomend it for sure.
Tried it yesterday for family for opening our fast and it turned out beautiful. Dont really eat alot of fried food but had to try this and couldnt be happier with how it turned out and had most of the spices anyway so not too hard lol.
Will definately take the tip of soaking chicken in water as it gives that crunch to the chicken so to speak.
Personally I used chicken thighs more so than the breast fillet. Main reason it keep its juicy I have found whereas with the breast fillet it can go dry.
