Cost of moving sky plus standard installation

I am looking to get my old man set up for a Satellite feed into his house.

I can re-activate my Sky account and ask them to do the home move then cancel my account again but not sure how much this will be,

Do you think this would be the way to go or get an independent installer to install the Sat dish and run the cables? Any idea how much this should be supplied and fitted Glasgow area?

Or would it be best just to buy him a cable receiver? I have no experience with them at all and don't really have the time at home to play about with it

Get a cheap installation kit off e-bay and do it yourself--very simple and no need to clamber over the roof then get a cheap box.
This way you won't pay out to sky and still end up with money in your pocket.
