Channel 4 HD epg not working

Hi there

I'm using an Openbox but have noticed that Channel 4 HD (11127V/22000 is not showing anything on the epg. I've tried all things but I'm at a stalemate now. Any ideas on how to sort this out?

You need an update for your box, look at openbox section. Its fine on enigma2 with crossepg.

Done that already but no joy. All other channels seem to be ok.
