Hi guys- complete novice at this sort of thing need HELP. Bought "gift" few months ago, been working fine til last few days then SKY channels work for about 30 secs then freeze, if you change channels that one will work for same amount of time and freeze. BBC/ I TV etc. All work fine. When I go to "manage cam. cfg" it says my server is offline. Can someone please tell me what the problem is? Thanks.

Its possible that your line is dead, contact the provider and ask him if any issues his end or you could try a test line from on here and that will confirm the line is the problem
 
You gift is offline?? Contact the person you got it from... If it was off eBay i wish you luck..

You can request a replacement on here (I'll post a link in a sec) get a test first and try it out.. it could also be your internet connection. Check it's online.

I have an odd login/offline error on my openbox v8s and it's been bugging me for over 2 weeks now.

I know it happened before but i don't know or remember how I fixed it or if I did at all.

It just says login in the ccam server settings, when I do login in, it just says offline. Everytime I go back to it, same story.

Any help would be appreciated,

If its offline, contact your provider, I assume you don't have any premium channels?
 
I don't no, just freesat. I have the code for a year and it worked great, even though it was bought from ebay. I will contact provider anyways.

If its offline, then its offline. TBH ebay isn't the best for connections, hopefully your provider will sort you out. If not, you can request one from this site in the general sat section
 
Hi I got a openbox v8s and since yesterday shows offline and all the channels scramble I reboot the internet router and check the connection and everything is fine but still of line, can anyone help me please ?

was your line due up for renewal?
 
then you need to contact your supplier to see if there having issues that was just to check you have connection dont press none
