cant record IPTV

hi using a Vu+ Duo 4K SE with OpenATV 7.5. everything was fine until i updated two days ago now i get the error shown in the attachment, as their IPTV obviously no tuner is required anyways so not sure why im getting this error ? is there anyway to fix this at all please ?

Did you take an image backup before updating? Likely something to do with settings for the stream type. Trying 1, 4097 and 5001, and see if all give same issues?!

hi sadly i didnt back it up. iv tried 4097 & 5001 but same, cant see 1 as an option in service app settings

Service app causes the issue from what I'm aware...

I can't remember, as don't use my e2 box much. But believe it's choosing iptv to use one of the settings, and service app not to do anything with it...

below my Vu+ is a blu ray player & below that is a DVD recorder & VHS recorder combi

thanks i sorted it i disabled 'Engima 2 playback system' in service app in playback, recording & timeshift & now works
