Can't get clines to appear on S10

I'm unable to get clines to appear on my Openbox S10 but I'm not sure if there's something that I haven't done earlier in the process. I've updated the firmware and scanned for all channels on Astra/Eurobird and Hotbird (13E). Is there something that I haven't done?

have you put your cccam.cfg file on a usb stick and copied it across? you can input it manually by going into the main menu > going to the globe and choosing cccam client setup. then you input your details then manage clients, enable it and reboot the box :)
