Bit of a weird one.
I use a Chromecast with google TV connected to my TV. I stream from my provider through IPTV Smarters Pro.
Everything is great - but I have a slightly weird usage scenario.
I like to listen to the radio (bbc radio 5) commentary alongside the pictures on TV. I used to be able to do this easily because the delay in the stream meant that the radio was ahead and the BBC app lets me pause (in order to sync it ).
But with my new provider, the TV stream is AHEAD of the radio stream. If I try to pause on the chromecast (in order to sync with the audio on the radio app) it works for a few seconds but then "resets" to "live". Is there any way I can artificially delay my TV stream by up to 2 minutes?
TLDR : Is there anyway to deliberately delay live video streams?
