C Line Showing 'Offline'

Hello all. I've updated the firmware and manually put my line in using CCcam Client Setup. I have an active ethernet connection and DHCP is 'On.'

My line is showing as 'Offline' in the CCcam manage configuration files section, with a green tick next to it. Any idea where I'm going wrong here?

Just to add, the line is working fine at my providers end.

Have you deleted your old line

Yeah this is the only line on it. Worked fine on a different box too.

Probably a Typo, check your dots dashes and underscores along with your L's and 1's

Delete it and put it back in

OK I've put it in again and now I've got a green tick and it says 'Login' Any suggestions? Thanks for all the replies so far.

Reboot both router and box.
Reaper.

Rebooted and now saying 'Offline' with a green tick next to it

Knock your internet off knock the box of put your internet back on then put the box back on

Cheers for the suggestion but the line is working fine when tested on another box

For simplicity--obtain a test line from forum and if that doesn't work then assume it's either the box or your connections.

Yeah it was working before although it's just come back from my parents house as they've upgraded to a zgemma. Not the end of the world if I can't get it working tbh, just seemed a shame to have it sat doing nothing if it could be used. I've got a test line on its way now.
