Blast tv Philippines

Blast tv is a free ad supported streaming service from the Philippines. It seems to have tap sports and the three premier sports channels (1,2 and football) which I assumed would be paid viewing but seems to open fine in there fast homepage here with vpn required just to open first page then no vpn is needed for watching. It might not be free all the time and I'm open to correction on that.
