Blackhole series link ?

Sorry about noob questions ive been out of the loop too long,
Anyway ive installed blackhole but find the epg awful i like the grid type, also there is no series link,
I added a skin but ws pretty much the same no series link and epg was rubbish

Not many on here use vu+ boxes but i have done loads with them. Why not flash it with openvix instead
