Black screen even on boot up H7

Hi there
Can anyone help just switched to my H7 box after watching fs and the screen is black no sound.
Tried rebooting and switching HDMI cables still nothing.
Can even see the boot up image
Any help would be massively appreciated 🙏🏼

Sounds like the psu is capput try a different lead.

Sorry Does that mean power lead,
box is less than a year old

PSU is the power supply unit.
They don't last long on E2 boxes
Try a different one, any 12v supply will work providing the jack plug fits. Try one of a higher amp rating if you have one
It won't be the box, it never is, it'll be the PSU

Well guys have to say thank you so much for all your advice.. not sure what was going on, took media wall frontage off and swapped psu, sadly still no joy.. then replaced old psu and tried boot up again, and started transmitting again 😳 Thank god 🙏🏼 and thank you guys once again

Might be wise to replace that old one it might be on the way out.
