Any channel list available for spiderbox 9000 ?

hi is there any channel lists for the spiderbox 9000 hd have a gift but no hd channels like other receivers but that's not a problem,i find it hard trying to delete fav lists and making them should I factory reset or try a channel list ? I also don't know how to update the box or put the list on but I have a usb dongle any help is appreciated thanks

If you google "Billybits" you should find something.
Looks like the last update was back in August.

Thanks m8 I got the billybits channel list from another member
But I'll do as you said and look for an update think mines was last updated
In 2012 when I bought it so I think it's in need of an update
