ANY ADVICE ?? H9S FPS ON SAT

Hi there I've just got A ZGEMMA H9S But I've got a question.

When I play channels through my sky box they seem smoother , STV On the Sky box is smooth But STV On the H9S Is 25FPS.

Why is a sat channel locked to 25FPS ?

The resolution is set AT 1080P 60FPS

It is the same on h7s as well, guessing that is what it is broadcast in.
Are you able to chack what it is on the sky box, guessing it could be 720p

I'm not sure about checking fps on the Sky box. But you'd think you would be able to see it
