All VM channels black, EPG is populated

Hi All,

I'm really struggling. I came back from holiday to find all my channels were blank??
I'm running a Zgemma H5.2TC, I contacted my provider who assured me everything is running correctly at his end.
I've flashed with open ATV 6.2 and then Wooshbuild infinity and re-added my line but still then channels are blank but the EPG is populated.
Ive tried updating the provider files and re-scanning to no avail :(

Any help would be much appreciated!

Try switching off both zgemma and router then once router is fully rebooted switch on zgemma

Make sure line is in correct location.
Perform network test to verify connection.
Try a test line from elsewhere.

If you havent got 1 - 5 playing, your tuner or abm is set up wrong

How do I modify the tuner settings?

Go to tuner config and click on the cable tuner, make sure its set to scan Virgin uk all systems
Put your netid in and save settings.
Go to abm>providers and add netid and make sure its set to virgin uk.
Then run a scan

The set up is as you describe and I've imputed my Net ID, all the channels are there just blank. Ive switched the cable over to the V6 box and this is working ok.

Where did you put your line from your provider?
it goes in usr/keys folder then restart the softcam

I used the Wooshbuild USB Cam importer

Press green

If no channels 1 - 5 the premiums will not clear no matter what you do.
Is abm set to scan Virgin uk?
do you find 400 video and 37 radio when scanning? if not, the settings are wrong
