If you have not enabled the "include not indexed channels", please enable it.
In the regions, there are 4 in the ROI provider file. make sure you use the one ending in custom.
Please confirm that you have done this.
I am not going to waste my time with the UK provider file as the channels are there. Please do not mention the UK provider file, as it complicates efforts to assist you.
I have removed some redundant entries and shuffled the numbers so we are using available numbers. Please update the provider file and run ABM again. Refresh your bouquets or restart. Please list the channels you are missing again.
