ZGEMMA H2S Network Test

hi
can anyone advise on how i can fix this issue with a ZGEMMA H2S box?
the box is connected via internet home plug & ethernet cable...
i've reset the box, plugs, router & nothing have worked so far :(
been at it all day & just do not know what to do anymore :xd: :dying: :dead:
please help

i had a similar issue with mine being connected to a wifi extender, it was a pain in the... the long term solution is hard wired I found I was getting duplicated IP addresses causing my issue since hard wired never missed a beat. hope that helps
