The guide is a bit blurred now, the screen format seems to of changed to a slightly wider looking screen and also when I select a channel it comes on over the whole channel list rather than the smaller preview screen in the corner. I can’t get rid of it to select another channel either. I need to go back to movies/docs/entertainment etc

Nothing loads up. I have downgraded the firmware from 0.2.18-r23-254 to r22 firmware but still no joy. I have changed the video setting, still nothing. Out of 3 providers only 1 loads up fine. For some odd reason, when I have the MAG connected to the router via Wi-Fi I have no issues with the MAG but, when I disconnect from WiFi to have it hardwired via ethernet, it slows down and starts to lose picture/buffer. I am not using VPN. Does anyone have any idea why this would occur or what setting I may need to tweak to prevent this? Obviously I would prefer to have it hardwired for fastest speeds possible. Im running stbemu pro (2.0.4) on a firestick lite (Ethernet) and some of my channels seem to drop/buffer every 1-2 minutes. It’s not every channel but it can get frustrating.
I’m using ijk media player as this seems to be the best and I’ve set the buffer range to 15 (which is the highest).
I’ve tested my subscription on my iPhone and it’s the same problem (ruling out hardware and isp issues).

When it happens the box doesn’t respond to the remote and only a hard reboot works. I’ve read other having similar but cannot get a clear answer on a fix. I’ve tried Different Ethernet/hdmi leads and ports, different router, even a new portal because I thought that may be the issue. No luck :(
